Registered Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

About the Role

The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care for adult/geriatric patients based on nursing standards and theoretical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across multiple units, including Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, within a regional float pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams.
• Enhance clinical assessment skills.
• Adapt to various hospital environments.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for specialty units).
• Certifications: BLS (and NRP for Women’s Health).

Qualifications

• Preferred education: BSN.
• Epic experience is advantageous.

Skills & Physical Demands

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic settings.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
