Registered Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

Join a dynamic Regional Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, providing individualized adult/geriatric care across multiple hospitals within a regional footprint.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on nursing standards
• Collaborating with diverse care teams and adapting to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU
• Serving at least three assigned facilities within the region
• Providing high-quality patient care, supporting diverse units, and maintaining licensure and certifications

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current RN license in the state or compact license
• Minimum of one year recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialty units
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS for critical care
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients up to 50 pounds
