Registered Nurse - Full-Time, Night Shift

About the role

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conducts nursing assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, and collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Monitors patient responses, evaluates care effectiveness, and adjusts plans accordingly.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and quality improvement through documentation, audits, and adherence to policies.
• Educates patients and families, advocates for their needs, and facilitates smooth care transitions.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and maintains professional licensure and competence.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and uses technology to enhance care.

Requirements

• An associate degree in nursing (bachelor’s preferred).
• At least one year of RN experience or equivalent residency/licensed practical nurse experience.
• Holds a current RN license recognized in the state.
