Registered Nurse - Full Time, Night Shift

About the Role

The Float Pool Registered Nurse provides direct patient care across all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care activities. They coordinate patient care with ancillary departments to ensure optimal comfort and outcomes, perform duties in line with nursing practice guidelines, and adhere to organizational and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Work in various units such as ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, Med-Surg, and Rehab based on experience.
• Develop clinical assessment skills.
• Enhance communication, teamwork, and flexibility.

Requirements

• Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
