Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Multiple Shifts

Department: Float Staffing (ICU, ED, Medsurg) – Full Time Nights, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. at UAB St. Vincent’s St. Clair.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, assess patient condition, and communicate updates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and ensure adherence to physician and nursing orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to assess and meet patient needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school and at least one year of nursing experience.
