Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Multiple Shifts

Position Overview Department: Float Staffing (ICU, ED, Medsurg)Work Location: UAB St. Vincent's St. Clair Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies and protocols.Implement and monitor patient care plans; communicate patient conditions effectively.Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts for comprehensive patient care.Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare team members. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.BLS certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.Diploma from an accredited nursing school and at least one year of nursing experience.
