Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Multiple Shifts

Position Overview: Provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare setting, following established policies, procedures, and protocols.Implement and monitor patient care plans, document patient conditions, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to ensure well-organized patient care.Administer physician and nursing orders and assess patient needs collaboratively. Requirements: Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.Diploma from an accredited nursing school; minimum of one year of bedside nursing experience. Preferred Skills: Two or more years of bedside nursing experience.
