Float Pool RN (Registered Nurse) - All Shifts

Role Overview Responsible for assessing residents' health, educational, and environmental needs upon admission and throughout their stay. Develops and updates personalized care plans collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including residents, families, and physicians. Communicates effectively with team members and documents assessments, care plans, and interventions accurately. Ensures safe administration of medications, treatments, and IV therapies, utilizing critical thinking skills to respond to changes in residents' conditions. Monitors care delivery, identifies issues, and participates in quality improvement processes. Provides direct resident care, assists with activities of daily living, and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintains current nursing knowledge and skills through ongoing education and self-study. Must be flexible to work across various care settings and locations.
