Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Delivering direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care, education, and safety.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Supporting quality, regulatory compliance, and professional development activities.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of two years acute care experience.
• RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred).
• Strong IV therapy skills, telemetry interpretation, BLS, ACLS; NIHSS and PALS preferred for ED.
• Ability to work safely and with alertness in a fast-paced environment.
