Registered Nurse - Evening Shift

Position: Registered Nurse Location: Chicago Type: Full time Hours: 3p to 11:30p, including call, nights, and weekends Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; maintain current competency; contribute to peer development; uphold ethical standards; incorporate evidence-based practices; promote safety; supervise staff; ensure thorough documentation; respond to emergencies; and perform related duties. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; hold an Illinois RN license, CPR/BLS certification; obtain ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days; minimum one year of experience preferred; effective communication skills; reliable transportation for floating; mastery of nursing skills; ability to supervise if experienced.
