Registered Nurse - Evening Shift

Position: RN - Adult Psychiatry at Evanston Hospital, IL. Responsibilities: Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for adult psychiatric patients, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Supervise and direct unlicensed assistive personnel, collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills Current IL RN licensure.Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.Adult Psychiatry experience preferred. Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts, and promote safety and quality in a hospital setting during evening shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
