Registered Nurse - Evening Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult psychiatric patients.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Supervise and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois required.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Experience in adult psychiatry preferred.
