Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (Nights)

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a hospital team that has recently expanded its ER and ICU facilities, increasing capacity and enhancing patient care. Key Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a fast-paced environment.Maintaining staffing ratios of 3:1 on high acuity units, with flexibility to 4:1.Managing patient transfers for complex cases such as major burns and neurosurgery, with other cases managed in-house.Adhering to physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and performing various physical movements. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN licensure in the state or compact license.Preferred 1+ year ER experience.Required certifications: BLS, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or others based on department needs.
