Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full-Time Night Shift

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department working full-time night shifts. As a key member of an interdisciplinary team, the RN provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care by performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include partnering with patients and families to ensure personalized care, practicing in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies, and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment. The RN demonstrates teamwork, collaboration, and leadership by supporting performance improvement activities, mentoring colleagues, and participating in shared governance. Qualifications include associates or bachelor’s degree in nursing , valid licensure, and required certifications such as BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS. Minimum of 5 years RN experience is required, along with strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, continuous professional development , and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
