Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full-Time Night Shift

Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department provides high-quality, individualized patient care within a multidisciplinary team. They practice in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, ensuring safety, professionalism, and patient-centered approaches. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive patient care tailored to individual needs.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Coordinate safe, quality care documentation and foster a respectful, inclusive environment.Collaborate with healthcare team members, participate in performance improvement, and support research initiatives.Mentor colleagues and support professional development, ensuring a skilled and compliant workforce.Promote adherence to organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).Current RN license and required certifications (BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS) upon hire.Minimum of 5 years RN experience.Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively.
