Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full-Time Night Shift

About the role

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary Emergency Department team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice.
• Deliver individualized, culturally sensitive, relationship-based care, partnering with patients and families to meet their goals.
• Coordinate safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based practices.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor for other nurses and staff to foster a skilled workforce.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced, emergency situations.
