Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float Pool

About the role

Join our team as a part-time, night shift Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN). You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with healthcare standards, providing appropriate care across medical-surgical and rehab units while developing and modifying care plans as needed.

Ensure compliance with regulations from the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act, CMS, and TJC. Deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care, utilizing advanced technology and adhering to regulatory standards to support patient outcomes in a supportive, people-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Provide appropriate care across medical-surgical and rehab units, developing and modifying care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations from the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act, CMS, and TJC.
• Deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care utilizing advanced technology.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in nursing.
• Two-year associate degree.
• Oklahoma RN license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
