About the role
Providing patient-centered care across ED, ICU, and PACU as a Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Float Pool.
Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process—assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment—while documenting care and promoting interdisciplinary communication. Care delivery is tailored to patients' age, physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs. Participate in shaping patient outcomes and nursing practices through collaborative relationships and formal initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or multistate
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days
- Minimum three years of critical care experience
- Relevant degree (Associate or BSN preferred)
Maintain licensure, competencies, and certifications. No travel required; floating to designated areas as needed.
