Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process—assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment—adapting to patients' age, psychosocial, cultural, and safety needs.
- Promote interdisciplinary communication and document care accurately.
- Float to areas like ED, ICU, and PACU as needed, maintaining basic and unit-specific competencies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Colorado RN license or multistate license.
- BLS certification within 30 days.
- Minimum three years of critical care experience (ED, ICU, PACU).
- Active licensure with ongoing competency and certification maintenance.
- Desire for BSN.
