About the Role
A Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Float Pool provides patient care across Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) areas.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment.
- Document patient care and promote interdisciplinary communication.
- Deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and safe care aligned with patient needs and competencies.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Colorado or a multistate license.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of three years of critical care experience.
- Associate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current licensure, annual competencies, and certifications.
- No travel required.
