About the role
Join our team as a full-time, day shift Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality patient care across various medical-surgical units.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in line with healthcare standards
- Develop and modify individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements such as the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act, CMS, and TJC
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience
- Two-year associate degree
- Oklahoma RN license
- BLS certification (obtained within 14 days of hire)
Skills
- Ability to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care
- Knowledge of med-surg and rehab units
- Adherence to regulatory standards
- Strong documentation skills
