Registered Nurse - Circulating - Operating Room - Full-Time - Days

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Periop Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in providing high-quality, safe patient care in the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to individual needs, cultural diversity, and population specifics.
• Partner with patients and families via effective communication methods such as bedside reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Coordinate and document safe care delivery, support performance improvement, and participate in research activities.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote professional development and a healthy work environment.
• Promote adherence to clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
