Registered Nurse - Circulating Operating Room - Full-Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Perioperative Nurse provides high-quality, safe patient care in the operating room as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include: Performing the nursing process using evidence-based standards, delivering relationship-based patient-centered care, coordinating care, and promoting safety and quality outcomes. Collaborates with team members, supports performance improvement, and participates in research and evidence-based practice initiatives. The role involves mentoring, professional development, and adherence to organizational policies and standards, including regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience, an active RN license (single state or multi-state compact), and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. An associate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with a preference for bachelor’s degree.
