Registered Nurse - Chemical Dependency

Position: Registered Nurse Location: LOH Main - Naperville Type: Part-time, 20 hours/week Hours: PM shifts, 3pm-11pm or 7pm-11pm Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.Welcome patients warmly, promote a safe environment, and supervise direct care staff.Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges through effective communication.Collaborate with healthcare providers and families to gather data and develop interdisciplinary treatment plans.Contribute to department goals, participate in professional development, and assist in staff orientation.Attend training sessions, serve as a resource for staff and students, and promote mental health awareness.Supervise patient care as needed, working within budget constraints. Qualifications & Skills Illinois RN license and CPR certification.Strong confidentiality and professional judgment.Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and understanding of therapeutic systems.Within 90 days of hire: CPI certification.
