Join our Med/Surg nursing team and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment. As a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, you'll assess patient conditions, develop and modify individualized care plans, and execute evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Document care, troubleshoot equipment, perform bedside lab testing, and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with team members, prioritize tasks, advocate for patients, and provide tailored patient education considering cultural and developmental factors
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and unit projects to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications

• RN licensure
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• BLS certification
• Certified EKG Technician
