Registered Nurse - Cardiac Medical/Surgical

Responsibilities

• Applying evidence-based nursing practices through assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and promoting safety through equipment use and lab testing.
• Cooking interdisciplinary care and effectively communicating within the team.
• Educating patients and families tailored to their age, cultural, and developmental needs.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and promoting patient and staff safety.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• BLS certification
• Certified EKG Technician
• Educational background with a nursing diploma, ADN, or BSN
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication abilities
• Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
