About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, individualized patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring safety and excellence in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based practices and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration and documentation.
• Support performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Participate in professional development, mentorship, and protocol development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficient in clinical technology, critical thinking, and time management.
• Ability to respond decisively in fast-paced environments.
