Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Post Surgical and Telemetry Fulltime

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to evidence-based standards and professional ethics. Responsibilities: Performs the nursing process, coordinates care, promotes relationship-based practice, and partners with patients and families. Demonstrates teamwork through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement activities. Supports professional growth by completing competency assessments, mentoring colleagues, and engaging in research and evidence-based practices. Assists in developing protocols, optimizes resource utilization, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a valid RN license (single-state or multi-state), and BLS certification. Minimum five years of RN experience, with strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
