About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations
• Partner with patients and families to coordinate care
• Promote safety and quality through accurate documentation and communication
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in research
• Mentor staff and uphold organizational policies and standards
• Collaborate with care teams and advocate for patients
• Participate in protocol development
• Support resource optimization to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years RN experience
• Current RN license (single or multi-state)
• BLS certification
