About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, practicing in a clinical environment supported by leadership and evidence-based standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to cultural diversity and individual needs.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate and document safe care, promoting teamwork and a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Support performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Participate in professional development, mentorship, and protocol development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and time management.
