Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Post Surgical and Telemetry Fulltime

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting guided by evidence-based practices and organizational models. They ensure individualized care by performing the nursing process, collaborating effectively with patients, families, and team members. Key Responsibilities Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized care.Partner with patients and significant others through effective communication and education, respecting cultural diversity.Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork, inclusion, and performance improvement initiatives.Serve as a mentor and participate in professional development, maintaining competency standards.Engage in evidence-based practice, research, and data collection to enhance patient outcomes.Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and support system-wide safety and quality goals. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with multi-state or single-state licensure.Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with strong clinical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.Required certifications include BLS and appropriate licensure.Ability to communicate effectively, utilize technology, manage time efficiently, and respond decisively to emergencies.
