Registered Nurse - Acute Care, Post Surgical & Telemetry - Full Time

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment aligned with evidence-based standards and organizational policies. Responsibilities: Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver evidence-based care.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Coordinate and document safe patient care, promoting teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a respectful clinical environment.Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities to enhance care quality and safety.Support professional development by completing required education, mentoring, and serving as a preceptor.Advocate for evidence-based practice, contribute to protocol development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Proactively plan patient care across the continuum, optimize resource use, and support system policies. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; BLS certification required.Minimum of 5 years of RN experience with direct patient care preferred.Current RN license (single or multi-state) required.Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and collaborative skills in a fast-paced environment.
