Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and supervise training programs in the Southern Region
- Oversee new employee orientation and required in-service training
- Deliver training sessions to groups and individuals
- Maintain accurate records of staff training and attendance
- Build and maintain relationships with County staff and other organizations for training needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required in the mental health field
- Two years of direct service experience with seriously mentally disordered patients
- One year of clinical supervisory experience in a preferred setting (outpatient, hospital, or residential)
- Minimum of one year of clinical training experience and experience overseeing a training program preferred
- Valid California Driver's License, Certification in Pro Act required
