Regional Training Director

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and supervise training programs in the Southern Region
• Oversee new employee orientation and required in-service training
• Deliver training sessions to groups and individuals
• Maintain accurate records of staff training and attendance
• Build and maintain relationships with County staff and other organizations for training needs

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required in the mental health field
• Two years of direct service experience with seriously mentally disordered patients
• One year of clinical supervisory experience in a preferred setting (outpatient, hospital, or residential)
• Minimum of one year of clinical training experience and experience overseeing a training program preferred
• Valid California Driver's License, Certification in Pro Act required

Pay

$95,000 – $105,000 annually
