Regional Services Sales Manager - Mack Trucks
Core Responsibilities
- Serves as the commercial lead for the connected services and solutions portfolio for the region.
- Develops actionable and measurable regional plans with dealers to achieve targeted goals.
- Executes strategies to increase sales of service contracts, connected services, and aftermarket solutions across assigned markets.
- Achieves revenue, penetration, and market share targets for services and solutions.
- Delivers compelling solution presentations that clearly demonstrate ROI in uptime, productivity, safety, and total cost of ownership.
- Collaborates with regional sales teams to ensure alignment of truck sales with bundled service and solutions offerings.
- Tracks usage, adoption, and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and renewal.
- Provides market feedback to product and solutions teams to support continuous improvement.
- Manages sales performance, pipeline activity, and service contract penetration rates.
- Provides regular reporting and insights to management on opportunities, risks, and market trends.
- Conducts customer visits or events and ensures collaborative execution of the brand strategies to sell services, solutions, and service contracts through the dealer network.
- Supports MTNA’s efforts on conquest and targeted customers by team selling and bundling truck sales with service and solution offerings.
- Ensures adherence to established policies, procedures, and budgets.
- Maintains good customer and dealer relations.

- An education and experience required: BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Technology or related field, 5+ years of progressive experience in telematics-based services, or service contract sales, appropriate expertise in sales/marketing, strategic forecasting/planning and implementation, displayed problem solving and customer service skills, proven excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies, fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Location & Reporting
Location: United States, Southeast Region.
Reports to: Region Vice President, Southeast.
Compensation
The base pay for this position is set at $128,300.00 - $158,400.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
