About the Role

We're hiring a Regional Service Manager for our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Billings, MT. This position will be responsible for leading a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee service operations across multiple locations within a specific region
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, managing service teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and supervise quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel
  • Schedule repairs for customer and company owned rental equipment
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with service and support
  • Keep customers up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
  • Oversee employee training and development and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Other duties, assigned as needed

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Industry knowledge (rental industry or related construction field)
  • Innovative and dependable
  • Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time required
  • Adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company
  • Ability to quickly educate about and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • Competitive, but thrive in a team oriented environment
  • Preference given to applicants with experience and/or background in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of work planning, scheduling and other supervisory activities
  • Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience
  • Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
  • Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • Must be able to travel frequently
  • This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
