Regional Service Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)

We’re hiring a Regional Service Manager for our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Marysville, WA to lead a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations across multiple locations within a specific region, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and supervise the quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel.
• Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and keep customers informed about new ways EquipmentShare can support their business.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
• Provide employee training and development while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

Salary range: $110,000–$120,000/yr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Skills and Qualifications

• Industry knowledge (rental industry or related construction field).
• Three years of maintenance and service experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, growing company and able to stay up-to-date on EquipmentShare products and services.
• Competitive yet team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the construction industry (preferred).
• Knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and supervisory activities.
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to travel frequently.
