Regional Service Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)
About the role
At EquipmentShare, we're hiring a Regional Service Manager for our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Boise, ID. This position is responsible for leading a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics) and overseeing service operations across multiple locations within a specific region.
Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
- Train and develop employees to maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate and supervise quality performance of our equipment mechanics and service personnel
- Other duties as assigned

Skills And Qualifications Required
- Industry knowledge (rental industry or related construction field)
- Innovative and dependable
- Three years of maintenance and service experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time required
- Adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company
- Experience and/or background in the construction industry preferred
- Knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and other supervisory activities
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three years of maintenance and service experience
Physical Requirements
- Able to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
- Able to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Able to travel frequently
