We’re hiring a Regional Service Manager for our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Spokane, WA to lead a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service operations across multiple locations within a specific region.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, manage service teams, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and supervise the quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel.
  • Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and keep customers informed about new or additional services.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
  • Provide employee training and development while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Industry knowledge (rental industry or related construction field).
  • Three years of maintenance and service experience (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Adaptable to a fast-growing company and able to quickly learn about EquipmentShare products and services.
  • Competitive yet thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with work planning, scheduling, and other supervisory activities.
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Preference given to applicants with a background in the construction industry.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle).

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely.
  • Able to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel frequently.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position; employment is contingent on passing a 10-panel drug screen.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay

Salary range: $110,000–$120,000/year. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
