Regional Sales Manager - Immunoglobulin
Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is an international company that collects and fractionates blood plasma to produce and distribute plasma-derived therapeutic products for use in treating and preventing serious diseases, disorders, and conditions such as Hemophilia, Primary Immune System Deficiencies, and Rh-Sensitization.
About the role
Drive immunoglobulin (IG) sales by building strong, strategic relationships with specialty pharmacies and key healthcare stakeholders. Your focus will be to create demand, achieve sales objectives, and deliver exceptional customer engagement to grow Kedrion's presence in the marketplace. Multi-state (AL, MS, and panhandle of Florida) travel is required. Must reside in Birmingham, AL.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within your region by leveraging deep market knowledge and customer insights
- Build and strengthen authentic relationships with specialty pharmacies, local distributors, clinical pharmacists, nurses, and administrative decision-makers
- Educate prescribers and healthcare providers on the clinical value and appropriate use of Kedrion's IG products
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear objectives for growth and customer engagement
- Deliver impactful sales presentations using approved marketing and educational materials
- Analyze pre- and post-sales interactions to refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage data, and enhance performance
- Identify new business opportunities through regular market analysis and competitive landscape reviews
- Provide feedback to the commercial team on customer insights, competitor activity, and market trends
- Represent Kedrion at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote products and expand networks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, biologics, injectables, or IG products
- Proven ability to build business with specialty pharmacies and manage complex relationships
- Skilled in delivering persuasive presentations and translating clinical data into actionable insights
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel within the multi-state territory
