Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets (~$49M portfolio).
- Manage forecasts, sales funnels, and performance metrics to ensure accurate reporting and goal attainment.
- Drive disciplined pricing, discounting, and expense management to meet financial objectives.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, building both sales and clinical competencies.
- Provide ongoing feedback, training, and performance management to drive results and engagement.
- Support continuous learning through structured development programs and coaching in the field.
- Ensure consistent use of sales methodologies (e.g., Sprint Dialogue) and tools (Salesforce, Power BI).
- Drive adoption of digital tools, sales processes, and CRM best practices.
- Lead pipeline management, pre-call planning, and strategic account execution.
- Engage with customers, key opinion leaders, and partners to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
- Leverage market insights, trends, and customer needs to develop targeted value propositions.
- Represent the organization at regional events, tradeshows, and industry interactions.
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional peers to share best practices and align on strategic priorities.
- Align regional execution with corporate strategy and key initiatives.
- Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and territory goal setting.
- Lead regional meetings and drive implementation of sales campaigns and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and consistent use of tools and processes.
- Oversee post-sale processes, issue resolution, and customer support coordination.
- Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across the region.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate must reside in Texas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a commercial market.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver results for demanding customers.
- Strong ability to lead meetings, trainings, and customer engagements.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in leveraging AI and digital tools to improve sales effectiveness and business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% for business.
