Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience
  • Proven success launching and commercializing innovative medical technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build physician champions and influence adoption
  • Experience navigating complex health systems and reimbursement environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to execute independently
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales objectives

Preferred

  • Urology sales experience (BPH, LUTS, OAB)
  • Deep understanding of urology practice workflows and patient pathways
  • Experience in start-up or high-growth commercial organizations
