Regional Property Manager - West Coast Portfolio (Chicago)
About the Role
The Regional Property Manager oversees the operational and financial performance of a growing portfolio of multifamily communities across California, Nevada, Chicago, and Washington. This is a hybrid position with a strong preference for candidates based in the Chicago area. Travel is essential and includes monthly visits throughout the portfolio, frequent day trips between San Diego, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Portland, and quarterly leadership meetings in Chicago. A company credit card is provided for all approved business travel expenses.
