Regional HVAC Operations Manager (up to $150k base)

About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple HVAC service and installation branches throughout the Capital Region, Hudson Valley, and Mohawk Valley. This role is responsible for operational leadership, branch performance, and overall P&L management across the region.

Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple HVAC branches and service teams.
• Manage regional P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Support branch managers, service managers, and leadership teams across the organization.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, operational processes, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support continued regional growth.
• Ensure branches maintain strong safety, service, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operational leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or related trades preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple branches, regions, or business units strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and operational performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the region as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation

Competitive base salary between $125k–$150k annually, based on experience and qualifications.
