Regional Director (Pacific Northwest)

About the role

The Regional Director will oversee CLEAR's airport operations in the North West region, driving operational excellence and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include setting goals, implementing strategies, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of the business in a geographic region across airports, sports & events
• Set goals and strategies to drive KPIs related to security, service and sales
• Drive results against plan through regional leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify gaps, issues and best practices to resolve operational challenges
• Partner with public affairs team for civic engagement opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Operations leadership
• Customer-centric, data-driven, and experienced in driving sales
• Creative and methodical leader with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Motivates, mentors, and influences others internally and externally
• Multi-unit leadership experience required
• Ability to travel 75% of the time

Pay

Total compensation range for this role is $170,000-$220,000, depending on levels of skills and experience. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
