Experience Required
Experience owning, operating, or managing a growing service-based business.
Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret business financial statements.
Experience in the restoration, construction, or property services industry (preferred but not required).
Qualifications
A coaching mindset with the ability to mentor business owners.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for developing entrepreneurs and strengthening businesses.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic coaching and operational support to franchise owners.
- Help franchisees develop and execute plans to improve sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Review monthly financial statements and guide owners toward profitable growth.
- Assist with problem solving, operational challenges, and key business initiatives.
- Support adherence to brand standards and franchise system compliance.
- Provide leadership and support to the network during CAT (catastrophe) events.
- Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to franchise owners in your region.
