About the role

The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of Northwest's regional offices across the United States. This individual will lead a team of managers and ensure that all regional goals are met while maintaining high standards of customer service and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of regional offices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue in assigned regions.
  • Manage a team of regional managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to align regional initiatives with broader company objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between regional offices and headquarters.
  • Monitor and report on regional performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.
  • Proven track record of increasing market share and revenue in comparable regions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a team of managers and developing their skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
