Regional Administrative Manager
About the role
The Regional Administrative Manager oversees the region's core administrative and financial support functions, ensuring consistent execution of critical business processes that impact financial accuracy, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the overall customer experience. This role partners closely with Branch, Regional, and Corporate leadership to support operational decision-making, develop administrative talent, drive process improvement, and promote operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Business Administrators through regular coaching, performance management, professional development, and succession planning.
- Drive accountability for regional administrative operations by establishing performance expectations, monitoring key metrics, and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure the timely and accurate execution of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Payroll Administration, Contract Administration, and General Administration processes.
- Partner with Regional and Branch leadership to improve operational performance, support business initiatives, and resolve complex administrative challenges.
- Collaborate with Corporate Accounting during month-end close activities by ensuring timely completion of regional administrative deliverables and providing support for financial reporting activities.
- Support organizational initiatives, acquisitions, system implementations, and change management efforts.
- Develop, analyze, and communicate operational performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support informed business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, financial accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide leadership support and operational coverage for regional Business Administrators while ensuring uninterrupted execution of critical business processes.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and Corporate leaders to understand significant business activities, proactively resolve issues, and ensure alignment across functional teams.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience in business administration, finance, or operations.
- Experience: Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and operational business processes; working knowledge of IFS or a comparable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership experience managing administrative, accounting, finance, or shared services teams within a multi-location organization.
- Specialized Skills: Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational priorities and financial stewardship; lead with accountability while fostering collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement; thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities; communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels while building strong cross-functional partnerships; analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical, scalable solutions; exercise sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information; possess a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external service; balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; ability to read, write, and comprehend English.

- Physical Requirements: Constantly required to talk, hear, see, sit, stand and walk; frequent use of hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; constant use of computer-based systems; frequent sitting for extended periods in an office environment or while traveling in a motor vehicle.

Pay
Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations, and therefore may be different in other locations or operating divisions. Pay range: $110,000 - 130,000.
Schedule
Position based at a branch location in either Oregon or Washington. Frequent travel to branch locations throughout Oregon and Washington is required.
