About the role
The Regional Administrative Manager oversees various administrative tasks within regional offices, including clerical work, data entry, report preparation, and statement processing. This position involves making independent decisions based on Company Guidelines and communicating administrative policies and procedures to staff.
Responsibilities
- Process data affecting Franchise Owner statements according to Company Guidelines
- Communicate with Regional Support Center General Manager and staff, providing guidance and training on administrative policies and procedures
- Ensure Franchise Owners receive accurate monthly statements by making sound judgment calls
- Solve problems independently and provide resolutions within company guidelines
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop Office Service Assistants within their regions
- Provide annual performance reviews to Office Service Assistants in conjunction with the General Manager
- Interpret and fulfill responsibilities as delegated by the Director of Regional Administration
- Manage day-to-day work of Office Service Assistants and establish communication with the General Manager regarding policy deviations or integrity concerns
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations departments to ensure smooth coordination of customer and franchise transactions and personnel actions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Coverall business or office management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-year administrative support and customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer data entry skills
- Detail-oriented
