Regional Administrative Manager

About the role

The Regional Administrative Manager supports the Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks, focusing on payroll, timekeeping, travel, and expense reporting for the regional field organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager with regional administrative and reporting functions.
• Manage and oversee timekeeping and timesheet submissions for regional employees.
• Audit payroll submissions for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Review and audit employee expense reports to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Cook payroll and expense corrections with employees and corporate support teams.
• Aid employees with payroll, expense, and timekeeping questions.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for regional employees as needed.
• Support tracking and reporting of travel costs and expenses.
• Prepare and support regional administrative reports as requested.
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews as required.
• Aid with other administrative and reporting duties to support regional operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction operations, project coordination, or resource management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field, OR equivalent industry experience.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and expense reporting processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to audit and identify discrepancies in payroll and expense data.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with field and leadership teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll/expense management systems.
