Regional Manager

About the role

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee property operations at Autumn Woods I/II, a 367/114 residential unit community in Bladensburg, MD.

Key Qualifications

• Likely to have LIHTC experience

What You'll Do

• Oversee property operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe work environment and provide support to Property Managers and Supervisors
• Communicate regularly with the Corporate Office
• Maximize gross rent while minimizing vacancy and delinquent rent loss
• Control expenditures and approve purchases
• Conduct market and product analysis
• Recommend competitive pricing and assist in developing strategic marketing plans
• Directly supervise all Property Managers in the assigned region
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and certified LIHTC preferred

Skills & Certifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Property Management software such as Yardi
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
